Radio medical uses technically sophisticated equipment that produces x-radiation used to create
images of the human body. If you have a strong background in math and science, this program
will prepare you for a career as a radiographer.

B.Sc. Radio Medical Imaging Technology

B.Sc. in Radio Imaging Technology is a 3-4 year undergraduate course in Medical Lab Technology. Medical Radiography Imaging Technology involves the methods and processes used to take internal pictures of the human body parts/organs and capacities thereof, for clinical purpose, such as investigation of the body’s normal anatomy and physiology.

Duration: 3 Years (6 Semester)

Eligibility: All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 with Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects and either Mathematics or Biology from recognized Board/ University / Council or 10+2 with vocational course in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Laboratory Technology with at least 45% marks( 40% marks in case of candidate belonging to Reserved category) in aggregate.

The field of radiography will be continued to show higher than average job growth into the future. After completing your degree in this field you will become Radiologist (MD), Radiology Technologist/ Radiographer, Radiology Technician. Ultrasound Technician/Diagnostic/ Medical Sonographer, MRI Technician, CT Tech/
CT Scan Technologist, There are a lucrative job for the radiologists.
